Job Responsibilities

Assist the manager and supervisors in the daily management of all departmental functions; ensure inventory accuracy and the safety of in-stock goods; and oversee daily on-site operations, as well as the execution and supervision of routine tasks.

1. Organize departmental staff to thoroughly study and implement laws and regulations such as the “Drug Administration Law”, “Good Distribution Practice (GDP)”, and “Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Quality of Drug Distribution and Use”, as well as the company’s quality management system documents;

2. Conduct regular inspections to supervise and manage on-site operations, strictly enforce quality control standards, and rigorously implement GSP requirements. Promptly order corrections for non-compliant or unreasonable situations, and oversee and re-inspect such cases;

3. Draft and revise warehouse operational procedures and management systems, monitor the implementation of these processes, and ensure that all positions perform their duties accurately and without error;

4. Assist the Quality Management Department in completing quality management activities such as validation, comprehensive quality reviews of drug procurement, and internal quality audits;

5. Manage all warehouse assets, monitor asset usage across teams, and oversee asset-related processes including requests, issuance, distribution, return, damage reporting, and transfers to ensure that records match physical inventory and assets remain in good condition. Conduct regular inventory counts and cooperate with the administrative department for annual physical inventory;

6. Oversee warehouse environmental hygiene, strictly adhere to 6S standards, and conduct regular deep cleaning;

7. Ensure overall warehouse safety—including personnel safety, fire safety, property security, and quality safety—by conducting daily inspections and weekly patrols, promptly addressing and reporting any identified hazards.

Job Requirements

1. Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries;

2. Job Experience: At least 3 years of warehouse management experience at a large pharmaceutical company, with practical experience in GSP compliance, FMCG distribution warehousing, and B2C e-commerce logistics;

3. Proficiency in GSP regulations and extensive experience using WMS and TMS systems.
